DESIGN
STRATEGY

Thinkable Studio's design strategy phase turns a client's ideas, brand values, and core strengths into a tangible design direction. This is the first step of our concept-to-production process, before CAD engineering and prototyping begin.

A wall of post-it notes

How do we turn vague ideas into a real product?

Sometimes clients come to us with a crystal-clear vision, and other times they just have a bag of parts and a rough concept. That is exactly where we start. Before we even open a CAD file or build a single prototype, we need to map out the direction. We take your core strengths and brand values and translate them into a tangible design that actually works in the market and connects with people emotionally.

This sets the foundation for everything that follows.

What we actually figure out during this phase:

  • "Who are we as a brand, and what makes us stand out?"

We start with an honest look at your brand values and core strengths to find out what truly drives your business.

  • "What does our vision look like when translated into a design language?"

We take your ideas and concepts and shape them into a concrete visual direction that fits your brand perfectly.

  • "Will this concept actually work in the real world?"

Through initial sketches and key design decisions, we make sure the product is viable and ready for manufacturing down the road.
